Online + 3 Weeks · $925 · Siem Reap, CambodiaThe Hybrid Programme combines an online TEFL certification component with three weeks of in-person practice and placement support in Siem Reap. It's designed for candidates who don't yet hold a TEFL certificate but want the full package — qualification, classroom experience, and a teaching position — without paying for two separate courses.
The online component delivers your TEFL theory and certification. The in-country component puts it into practice under trainer supervision, with real students and structured feedback throughout.
Complete your TEFL theory and certification online before you arrive in Cambodia. The online component is delivered in partnership with an accredited provider. You work through the course at your own pace within a set window, completing assessments and written tasks.
On successful completion, you hold a recognised TEFL certificate — the entry requirement for Phase 2.
With your certification complete, you join The Classroom Apprenticeship cohort for three weeks in Siem Reap. The structure mirrors the Fast Track Programme: one week of trainer input followed by two weeks of observed teaching practice with real students.
The $925 programme fee covers both the online certification component and the full three-week in-country programme, including placement support.
